All services, with the exception of Social Media Management, must be paid in full beforehand. We allow a 50% deposit minimum for Social Media Management. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time agreed upon. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a dissolution of services option was presented to the customer on our behalf. Each service briefly states what we will need to deliver a quality print for you! Before sending an inquiry, make sure you have the requested materials readily available. All services with asterisks (*) beside them require a consultation before booking — NO EXCEPTIONS.
