All services, with the exception of Blogs/Articles and Proposals/Grants, must be paid in full beforehand. We allow a 50% deposit minimum for Blogs/Articles and Proposals/Grants. The remaining balance must be paid in full one hour before the service is scheduled to be fulfilled. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a dissolution of services option was presented to the customer on our behalf. To add, we offer a maximum of 3 free revisions per assignment. Each service briefly states what materials will be needed. Before sending an inquiry, make sure you have the requested materials readily available. All services with asterisks (*) beside them require a consultation before booking — NO EXCEPTIONS. The final price will be given after we have fully reviewed your inquiry.

Business card pricing does not include printing, just the card design. Additional fees will vary for this service and will be discussed before the order is placed.

When inquiring about Business Writing Services please note we would need a 5-day notice minimum—that is only if we are working with strict deadlines.

A rush order fee will be applied if we are working within a limited timeframe — NO EXCEPTIONS. This means if we do not have a 5-day notice (at least) you will be charged an additional $20 rush fee. Please take that into consideration when booking.
