All services, with the exception of Speeches, must be paid in full beforehand. We allow a 50% deposit minimum for Speeches. The remaining balance must be paid in full one hour before the service is scheduled to be fulfilled. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE unless a dissolution of services option was presented to the customer on our behalf. To add, we offer a maximum of 3 free revisions per assignment. Each service briefly states what materials will be needed. Before sending an inquiry, make sure you have the requested materials readily available. All services with asterisks (*) beside them require a consultation before booking — NO EXCEPTIONS. The final price will be given after we have fully reviewed your inquiry.

A rush order fee will be applied if we are working within a limited timeframe — NO EXCEPTIONS. This means if we do not have a 5-day notice (at least) you will be charged an additional $25 rush fee. Please take that into consideration when booking.
